How a rental space surpassed expectations and generated quality leads during COVID 19

Result

With our strategy, we managed to increase number of leads towards Q3 and Q4 of 2020. It was higher than what was anticipated considering the global health crisis.

Challenges

The main challenge for this project was to promote the facility during COVID-19. Lighthouse focuses on venue space rental for Malay weddings, and with health protocols many events were postponed and cancelled.

The Client

Lighthouse is an events place focusing on Malay weddings. Due to the pandemic, there was a drop in demand and a proactive social media marketing was needed.

Strategy

Because of the pandemic, we saw a sharp drop in demand in Q2 2020. Thus, we had to manage both their Facebook and Instagram pages and advertisements to ensure that there is continuous engagement.
