Ray, an experienced leader with a proven track record of acquiring, managing and expanding businesses in Software and Application Development, Web Development, Creative Digital Marketing, Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety and Oil/Petrochemical industries.

Ray is responsible for the overall business and financial aspect of Incepte group of companies. He is constantly exploring new ways to enhance our services and internal processes in order to stay competitive and updated.

I am Louis and have many years of experience on Web Development and IT services.
Whenever we get involved in a project, I always try to put myself in the shoes of customers to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions. We align our goal with the customers’ goal so we can be successful together.

Looking out and addressing our clients’ key concerns and are my priorities, besides engaging in Business Development , I serve as a main source of communication link between our project team and my clients, ensuring quality is not compromised in delivering a well-constructed website .

When not working, I tend to be hitting shuttles around at the badminton courts and occasionally chilling at a bar enjoying a pint of ice cold beer.
